Ontopia is a set of tools which contains everything you need to build a full Topic Maps-based application. Using Ontopia you can design your ontology, populate the topic map manually and/or automatically, build the user interface, show graphical visualizations of the topic map, and much more. The core of Ontopia is the engine, which stores and maintains the topic maps, and has an extensive Java API. On top of it are built a number of additional components, as shown in the diagram. Topic maps are a new ISO standard for describing knowledge structures and associating them with information resources. As such they constitute an enabling technology for knowledge management. Ontopia is an open source suite of tools for building applications based on Topic Maps, providing features like an ontology designer, an instance data editor, a full-featured query language, web service access points, database storage, and so on.Version 5.3 added NameIF interface to support operations that can return any name and missing implementations for persisting reference title and base address changes in an RDBMS environment.

--An ISO installation file is a collection of individual files and folders on an installation DVD combined into a single file.

How do I work an ISO file?

--You can open the ISO file using File Explorer or Windows Explorer in the pop-up menu. Next, select the disc image burn command. The Windows Disc Image Burner tool should appear and point to your CD/DVD drive. Click the Burn button to continue.

How install from ISO file in Windows?

--Right-click the ISO image file and select Mount from the menu. It will open the file like a DVD. Next, you'll see an entry for your drive letter in Windows Explorer. Browse to the location of the setup file and double-click it to begin your installation.
